Accommodations

There are many options for your accommodation in Costa Rica, and our staff is happy to arrange your preferred housing before your arrival.  The first option is a Homestay in Quepos. This includes a private room in a Costa Rican family’s home, breakfast and dinner, laundry services and the unique opportunity to practice your Spanish full-time and experience authentic Costa Rican culture. If homestay is not your style, nearby private apartments and hostels are also available, but these must be booked independently by the student. Descriptions and contact information for these alternative options will be made available upon acceptance of your application. All options are located within a 15-20 minute walk or a very quick taxi / bus ride from our campus.

Quepos is a wonderful small and safe seaside town in Costa Rica. It boasts many inexpensive restaurants, internet cafes, shops and other comforts that are easily reached by foot.

Please be assured that any special requests or requirements regarding accommodation will be taken into account, and your onsite Administrator will make every effort to honor such requests. Please let us know which accommodation option you prefer as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.

Add Spanish Language Training to Your Program

Enhance your experience while in Costa Rica by adding 2 or 4 weeks of intensive Spanish language training and some real Costa Rican adventure to your TESOL course. Language training will not only make your stay in Costa Rica much more enjoyable as you immerse yourself in the rich Latin American culture, but you will also gain invaluable insight to becoming an English teacher by being both the student and the teacher. The program includes an exciting full day trip visiting an active volcano, the rainforest, Waterfall Gardens, a boat trip and a guided ride through Braullo Carillo National Park.

This addition allows an opportunity to experience the dynamic city life of San Jose and the incredible rainforest region in addition to the beach culture of Manuel Antonio where the course is administered. For more information on this unique opportunity, click here.
